About OneLogin:

OneLogin: A cloud-based identity and access management solution that enables enterprises to secure all apps for their users on all devices.

About the job:

Makers and Doers don’t expect to have things handed to them. They roll up their sleeves, dig in and do the hard work that is engineering.   This leadership role takes talent, perseverance, customer commitment and the ability to think and move fast. The right person for this position looks at challenges and says “Yeah, we can do that, I want to test myself on that”.

In the Lead Ruby on Rails Developer role you bring guidance and expertise to a team of Ruby engineers who have worked hard to build the industry's easiest-to-use Identity & Access Management solution for enterprises. Although OneLogin is a security solution, we firmly believe that usability is the top priority. Most security solutions are so hard to implement and use and therefore end up collecting dust on the shelf.

OneLogin caters to both small shops with dozens of users and larger enterprises with tens of thousands of users. Balancing the needs for both types of customers in one application is an art.
